What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or change to your appointment. Our therapists dedicate this time exclusively to you. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee. No-shows (missing your appointment without any notice) will be charged 100% of the service fee. For lengthy services, such as the 90-minute Full Body Massage, we may require a non-refundable £10 deposit at the time of booking to secure your slot.
How should I prepare for a waxing or tinting service?
Preparation is key to a smooth service! For Waxing: Please ensure hair is at least ¼ inch long (about the size of a grain of rice) for optimal results. Avoid exfoliating the area 24 hours prior. For Tinting: UK law requires a quick patch test for all tinting services (eyelash/eyebrow) at least 48 hours before your first appointment. This takes just two minutes and ensures your safety.
What do I need to remove for a massage or facial? 🛀
Your comfort and privacy are our priority. For Facials and Head Massages: We only require you to remove clothing from the waist up. For Full Body Massages: We ask you to remove all clothing except underwear (your therapist will step out while you get ready). You will always be fully covered with sheets and towels, with only the area being worked on exposed.
How often should I rebook my treatments to see the best results?
Consistency is the secret to lasting results. Facials: We recommend a skincare facial (Brightening, Deep Cleansing, etc.) every 4–6 weeks to align with your skin's natural renewal cycle. Waxing: Waxing appointments should ideally be scheduled every 4 weeks. This helps catch the hair growth cycle, leading to finer regrowth and longer smooth periods.
Do you accept walk-in appointments?
While we occasionally have availability for walk-ins, we highly recommend booking in advance (especially for evenings and weekends). Booking ensures you receive the treatment length and therapist you prefer, and we can conduct any necessary patch tests beforehand.
