Terms and Conditions for Glowroom Wellness & Spa
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Glowroom Wellness & Spa website (glowroom.uk) and the services you purchase from us, including massage, facial, waxing services, and Lifestyle Program membership. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. All appointments are subject to availability, and by providing payment details, you authorize Glowroom Wellness & Spa to secure your booking.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Appointments booked online must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 6 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the appointment, or missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will still honour the scheduled end time to avoid inconveniencing the next client. You will be charged for the full service, but the treatment time will be reduced accordingly.
Health and Safety Disclosure
Clients are responsible for truthfully completing any health and safety forms and informing their therapist or aesthetician of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or current medications before treatment. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in the refusal of service for safety reasons without a refund.
Right of Refusal
Glowroom Wellness & Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, including clients with contagious conditions, inappropriate behaviour, or those who fail to comply with staff instructions.
Lifestyle Program Membership
By enrolling in the Lifestyle Program, you agree to pay the monthly membership fee on the agreed billing date. The membership fee provides one credit per month for a one-hour Massage or Signature Facial.
Unused Credits (Rollover)
Unused monthly credits will roll over and accumulate for as long as your membership remains active. Credits are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Cancellation of Membership
The Lifestyle Program operates on a month-to-month basis. To cancel your membership, you must provide written notice at least 30 days before your next billing date. After cancellation, you will have 60 days to redeem any remaining accumulated credits, after which unused credits will expire.
Refunds
Lifestyle Program membership fees are non-refundable.
Gift Cards and Vouchers
Gift Cards and Vouchers purchased from Glowroom Wellness & Spa may be redeemed for eligible services and retail products but cannot be used to purchase or pay for monthly membership fees.
Expiration
Gift Cards and Vouchers generally do not expire, subject to applicable UK regulations. Promotional vouchers may have an expiration date, which will be clearly stated on the voucher.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, images, designs, text, and software, belongs to Glowroom Wellness & Spa or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Glowroom Wellness & Spa is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of this website or reliance on information provided on it, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Kingdom.
Changes to Terms
Glowroom Wellness & Spa reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be published on the website, and continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
