Terms and Conditions for Glowroom Wellness & Spa
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Glowroom Wellness & Spa website (http://glowroom.uk) and the services you purchase from us, including massage, facial, waxing services, and our Lifestyle Program membership. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
Appointments, Bookings, and Cancellations
Booking Confirmation
All appointments are subject to availability. By providing payment details, you authorize Glowroom Wellness & Spa to secure your booking.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or failure to show up for an appointment (No-Show), will result in a charge equal to 50% of the service price. For clients with membership credits, a missed appointment may result in the forfeiture of the service credit.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will still honor the scheduled end time to avoid inconveniencing the next client. You will be charged for the full service, but the treatment time will be reduced accordingly.
Service Provision and Client Safety
Health and Safety Disclosure
You are responsible for truthfully completing any health and safety forms or disclosing all relevant medical conditions, allergies, and current medications to your therapist/esthetician prior to treatment. Failure to disclose may result in the refusal of service without refund for your safety.
Right of Refusal
Glowroom Wellness & Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, including but not limited to, those who exhibit contagious conditions, inappropriate behaviour, or fail to comply with staff instructions.
Lifestyle Program Membership
Enrollment and Monthly Dues
By enrolling in the Lifestyle Program, you agree to pay the monthly membership fee on the agreed-upon billing date. This fee secures one credit for a one-hour Massage or Signature Facial per month.
Unused Credits (Rollover)
Unused monthly credits will rollover and accumulate for as long as your membership remains active. Credits are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.
Cancellation of Membership
The Lifestyle Program operates on a month-to-month basis. To cancel your membership, you must provide written notice to Glowroom Wellness & Spa 30 days prior to your next billing date. Upon cancellation, you will have 60 days to redeem any remaining, accumulated service credits. After 60 days, unused credits will expire.
Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable.
Gift Cards and Vouchers
Redemption
Gift Cards and Vouchers purchased from Glowroom Wellness & Spa are redeemable for services and retail products, but cannot be used to purchase or pay for monthly membership dues.
Expiration
Gift Cards and Vouchers generally do not expire but may be subject to regional regulations. Vouchers obtained via promotional offers may carry an expiration date, which will be clearly marked.

The content, logo, design, and software on this website are the property of Glowroom Wellness & Spa and are protected by copyright. You may not use any content without express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
